Hello
My name is Eleanor Clark Boli. I am a career educator turned business woman who believes our greatest growth potential is unlocked once we learn how to shift our mindsets. I see the willingness to learn - to ideate, to try, to fail, and to iterate even when the “correct answers” are not immediately available- as key to transformative change on an individual, team or company level.
Due to the educational environments where I spent most of my career and the communities that raised me, I am a strong believer in moonshots and questioning the status quo. I specialize in healthy disruption, have a fierce commitment to level playing fields, and I dare to dream of a future where business, technology and community are beautifully interwoven synonyms.
My career is focused on facilitating transformative strategy, programs and community engagement initiatives to catalyze innovation in business landscapes and cultivate a future in which we can all thrive. If you would like to further discuss or ideate after viewing this visual portfolio, my contact information is at the bottom of this page, along with a gift for readers. Enjoy!

What I offer
I am a trailblazer…

Haas EWMBA Graduating class nominated and awarded me the the Haas Guiding Principles “Question the Status Quo” award

that builds and refines scalable organizational systems with each step I take
For 6 of my past roles, I have been the first hire in a newly created position, typically in startup environments.
Companies hire me when they need someone to take their teams from 0-1 to build an audacious vision. With a combination innovator-builder skillset, I lay the foundations and basic infrastructure needed for successful growth.
To note- I decided to apply to business school having never stepped foot on a business school campus. I decided to recruit for investment banking without ever having interacted with an investment banking firm before.
Both cases are examples of how I apply the same roadmapping and curricular development skills I initially learned as an educator to achieve unprecedented goals.
“We will either find a way, or we will make one.”

My modus operandi is to step into dynamic, fast-paced environments and use deep listening and observation skills to develop on the ground knowledge of how systems are actually performing.

playbooks and roadmaps to define and capture operational processes while simultaneously refining and optimizing for scale.
As a nod to my former teaching career, I believe the most salient indicator of a strong system is when you can remove the key players and the system continues to function seamlessly. I build with this outcome in mind.
Check out the hallmark prototype I designed for support scaling team processes through documentation:
I cultivate thriving teams across live, virtual, and asynchronous environments…

Strong teams are the foundation of any company’s sustained success. Across live, virtual, and asynchronous work settings, I have proven my ability to cultivate healthy, dynamic, nimble teams that embrace innovation, failure, and conflict throughout the team growth cycle.
I do not believe that being “live” with a team necessarily makes us more productive, nor do I believe that there is 0 difference between a live and virtual work environment. I do believe it is the responsibility of leaders and management to carefully architect collaborative settings to optimize team interactions, and to utilize research-based practices to design flexible work environments.
Cultivating a sense of belonging, inclusion and engagement with my colleagues is one of my greatest joys.

Learning and Development is an art and a science. Some say the qualitative aspects of learning can’t be quantified for assessment- I disagree. I drive for effective, efficient and engaging learning systems with strong feedback loops and accountability measures.
I have architected and implemented L&D programs on topics ranging from Financial Inclusion, Recruiting for Investment Banking, Leadership Training & Facilitation Skills, STEAM Curricula, Social-Emotional Development, and Manager Development.

I coach Executives, Teams and Individuals…

While leveraging my superpower: catalyzing transformative change
After experiencing burnout in education and subsequent revitalization resulting from rapid upskilling and exposure to innovation in Business School, I began focussing intently on how individuals and teams engage with change.
I used to resist change. Now, I welcome it as a key catalyst for growth and transformation. I have adapted the same tools and frameworks that helped me acclimate to change to support my clients and teams as they pursue transformations to match rapidly evolving business landscapes.

3 fun facts about my life in 3-D:

I have an 80lb. rottweiler named Sky that is my co-pilot for most of life’s adventures. Unfortunately, she is not as hype about L&D unless there are food-based incentives.
My daily goal is to spend 2+ hours running, lifting, doing yoga or dancing (or some combination thereof). Movement is my happy place.
